Most people who want to visit Agra immediately think of the Taj Mahal. While it is indeed breathtakingly beautiful, there are also a few other sights not to miss while you’re in the area. Here are a few photos that will hopefully inspire you to explore Agra!

If you look carefully, you can see the minarets on the leaning away from the Taj Mahal. This is to prevent damage to the main structure if they fall.
The white marble reflects very effectively. Remember to bring your sunglasses or spend your entire visit squinting!

Fun fact: Each of the small white domes indicates one year of construction. Count them up and you will see that the Taj Mahal took 21 years to complete.
